(a) To provide that the Junior High School of the Villa del Carmen Urbanization of the Autonomous Municipality of Ponce be renamed as the “Sor Isolina Ferré Junior High School”.
(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178—182 of this title.
(c) The Department of Education of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall provide for the celebration of an appropriate act not later than a year from the date of approval of this act.
