(a) To designate the stretch of road that connects roads PR 152 and PR 143 in the town of Barranquitas, known as “El Desvío” with the name of José Zayas-Green Avenue, in honor of the outstanding work he performed as Mayor of Barranquitas.
(b) The Public Buildings and Roads Naming Committee of the Government of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section.
