(a) The Airport of the Island Municipality of Culebra is hereby named the “Benjamín Rivera-Noriega Airport”.
(b) The Puerto Rico Ports Authority is hereby directed to install a sign at the site of the airport of the Island Municipality of Culebra identifying said airport as the “Benjamin Rivera-Noriega Airport”.
