§ 130. Public Works Progress Office—Information by Government agencies

It is hereby required and it shall be the duty of every head of department, bureau, board and other agencies of the Government and of public enterprises and governmental corporations, to furnish to the Planning Board detailed and continuous information as to each and every one of the works, services, activities and functions which they carry on or have under construction or development, and as to the progress thereof, so that said board may express them on the maps and graphs authorized by §§ 128—132 of this title, jointly with the works and services included by the Planning Board on its master plans and those authorized under the Planning Act.
