The Puerto Rico Planning Board is hereby authorized for and charged with the preparation and up-to-date maintenance of one or more maps in the form of an exhibition table, as well as any other graphs, showing by means of adequate symbols readily understandable by the people, the projects, activities, functions and different expressions of the work of government, including capital works and services, both of the departments, bureaus, boards and other agencies of the government as well as of public enterprises and governmental corporations.
