This chapter shall not be deemed to repeal or amend any other prior chapter of the Legislature of Puerto Rico authorizing the issue of bonds of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The bonds authorized by this chapter are in addition to any other bonds of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico previously authorized.
