§ 76i. Notice—[Presentation] of projects

Every government agency concerned shall be bound to notify the Commission of every construction projects [sic] presented to it in the designated manner within thirty (30) days after the date of approval. The notification shall include a copy of the construction permit or other legal permit issued, the estimated cost of the works as submitted, and evidence of the amount paid for fees and canceling of stamp. In those cases of works subject to bid, the entity that owns the works shall remit a copy of the bid award document and evidence of the amount paid for the canceling of stamps to the Commission.
