(a) The Hato Rey fire station located in the Municipality of San Juan is hereby designated as the “Arthur Rivera-Cruz Fire Station”, in recognition of his work, dedication, and devotion to public service.
(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, together with the Puerto Rico Firefighter Corps, shall take the necessary measures to faithfully comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title, known as the “Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico”.
