(a) The stretch of PR Road 485, from kilometer 0.3 up to kilometer 3.2, leading to the entrance of San José Ward through intersection No. 4485 towards Puerto Herminia beach in the Municipality of Quebradillas, Puerto Rico, is hereby designated as “Engineer Armengol Iglesias-Guzmán Avenue”.
(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Government of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
