(a) The stretch of Calle Central at El Bosque sector of the Autonomous Municipality of San Germán, from the intersection with Lorenzita Ramírez de Arellano Street up to Colón Street, is hereby named after Celina Báez-Sotomayor.
(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Government of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
