P.R. Laws tit. 23, § 229g
(a) The Río Jueyes Special Community Elderly Center located in the Municipality of Coamo is hereby designated as “Víctor Manuel “Vitín” Alvarado-Correa”.
(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to enforce the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
(c) Upon the approval of this act, the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall notify the government agencies responsible for the administration of the Río Jueyes Special Community Elderly Center located in the Municipality of Coamo to proceed with the new designation of such facilities and the posting of related signage.
