(a) The stretch of Road PR-122, under construction, from the Municipality of Lajas to the Municipality of San Germán, is hereby named after Harry Luis Pérez-Rivera, in memoriam.
(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, as provided in §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
