§ 227k. Government collaboration

All agencies, municipalities and instrumentalities of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico must collaborate with the Planning Board to meet the responsibilities entrusted to the latter by virtue of this chapter. To those ends they shall share studies, technical information and other useful documents in order to achieve those objectives. They may also enter into agreements so as to obtain or provide professional services or of any other nature and share the equipment deemed necessary according to the applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
