§ 4052. Liquidation—Garnishment, attachment and writ of execution

While liquidation proceedings are pending in Puerto Rico or in any other state, be they denominated as such or not, no action or proceeding in the nature of a garnishment, attachment or writ of execution shall be commenced or maintained in Puerto Rico against the insurer or his/her assets.
