§ 4043a. Liquidation—Reopening

After liquidation proceedings are completed and the Receivership Court grants the discharge of the liquidation, the Commissioner may petition the Receivership Court to reopen the liquidation proceedings for just cause, including for the fact that additional property belonging to said estate has been discovered. If the court deems that there is justification for reopening the liquidation proceedings, it shall issue an order to such effects.
