§ 1236. Advisory organizations—Unfair activities

If, after a hearing, the Commissioner finds that the furnishing of information or assistance by an advisory organization involves any act or practice which is unfair or unreasonable or otherwise inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, he may issue a written order specifying in what respects such act or practice is unfair or unreasonable or otherwise inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, and requiring the discontinuance of such act or practices.
