§ 6008b. Approval of ordinances and resolutions

Any provision of any law, regulation, ordinance or resolution to the contrary, notwithstanding, when considering the approval of any ordinance or resolution authorizing the municipality to incur an obligation under this chapter or any supplementary ordinance or resolution related to said obligation, it shall only be necessary for the ordinance or resolution to be presented at a session of the Legislature, read in its totality, and voted on, viva voce, by roll call at said session.
