§ 5178. Properties affected by official plans or maps, and plans and programs—Productive use of exempted properties

The construction of any structure or the productive use of a lot that has availed itself of the benefits of §§ 5172–5179 of this title shall be sufficient reason for the Collection Center to revise its determinations and notify the owner of the property of any change made in said determinations.
