§ 4910. Examining officers

In the exercise of the adjudicative powers conferred on him by this subtitle, the Commissioner may designate Examining Officers to chair the administrative hearings that are held. The Examining Officer thus designated shall submit a report to the Commissioner with his conclusions and recommendations within fifteen (15) days of the date the administrative hearing is concluded. The Commissioner shall issue a ruling on the matter investigated within ten (10) days of the date he receives the report from the Examiner. Any party adversely affected by a resolution or order of the Commissioner may petition the corresponding Court of First Instance for a review of said order or resolution within the terms established by law.
