The regulations shall determine, among others, the faults of the members of the Corps entailing disciplinary action. Said faults shall be classified as gross or slight and the corresponding sanctions or penalties shall be provided. The regulations shall prescribe the corresponding action pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
