§ 1055i. Committee—Meetings and decisions

The Committee shall hold meetings to decide on matters within its competence. Seven (7) members shall constitute quorum at Committee meetings. The decisions of the Committee shall be made by a vote. A simple majority of the members participating in the meeting at which the matter is discussed and voted on shall be required to make a decision, except those determinations for which this chapter provides otherwise. Member votes shall not be secret.
