In addition to, and without limitation from any other consequence that may arise under §§ 71 et seq. of Title 15, any violation by the grantee, his/her agents, or employees of any provision of this chapter or the regulations established thereunder, or of the decree, shall be deemed as failure to comply with the decree and shall also be grounds for the possible suspension or revocation of the games of chance license and/or the imposition of penalties established in § 1043 of this title.
