P.R. Laws tit. 21, § 1047
Not later than June 30 of each year, the grantee must submit to the Commissioner a certification attesting that the grantee has substantially complied with the provisions and obligations detailed in the decree and that he/she holds a valid games of chance license in effect pursuant to § 1049 of this title. The Commissioner may conduct investigations or audits as he/she may deem necessary to verify that the grantee has substantially complied with the parameters established in the decree. The grantee shall cooperate with any reasonable request for information or inspection by the Commissioner regarding such investigations or audits. The grantee shall be responsible for refunding the costs involved in such investigations or audits to the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions.
