§ 897. Designation of the “Condado Walkable Circle” District and its territorial demarcation

The “Condado Walkable Circle” District is hereby created as a special jurisdictional district whose geographic demarcation comprises the part of the Condado Sector included within the perimeter, limited to the north by the Dos Hermanos Bridge and Ashford Avenue up to the intersection with Magdalena Avenue; to the East with the crossing of Luisa Street from its beginning at Magdalena Avenue up to the intersection with Román Baldorioty de Castro Avenue; to the South by the shoulder of Baldorioty de Castro Avenue up to its intersection with the Don Estevez Bridge; and to the West by the stretch of said bridge closest to the Condado Lagoon up to its intersection with Dos Hermanos Bridge.

The area herein established shall be outlined in an official site plan to illustrate the extension and limits of this zone to be prepared by the Municipality of San Juan in a term not to exceed four (4) months as of the date of approval of this act. A copy of said site plan shall be submitted to the Office of the Clerk of the House of Representatives and the Office of the Secretary of the Senate of Puerto Rico, as well as to the Department of Economic Development and Commerce, the Puerto Rico Tourism Company, the Department of Transportation and Public Works, the Office of the Governor, the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources, the Sports and Recreation Department, and the corresponding section of the Property Registry within a term that shall not exceed five (5) business days as of the date of its preparation.
