§ 890l. Penalties

Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 890–890 l of this title or the regulations that may be approved in due time by the Authority, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisonment in jail for a term not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both, in the discretion of the court.

For each one of the days that the violation subsists, as provided in the preceding paragraph, it shall be deemed that a separate offense has been committed.
