The Secretary of the Treasury and any other agency or instrumentality of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico are hereby authorized to furnish the Finance Director or the Official Collector at their request, such information from the income tax returns or any other documents, that may be needed to determine the municipal license tax which is authorized to be levied and collected under §§ 651–652y of this title.
