§ 194b. Discrimination at place of employment for sharing testimony; cause for action—Violation; criminal liability

Any employer who violates any of the provisions of §§ 194 et seq. shall incur a felony and where he/she to be convicted, he/she shall be sanctioned with a fine of not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) and/or incarceration for a fixed term of three years. Should aggravating circumstances exist, the established fixed penalty may be increased to a maximum of five (5) years; should extenuating circumstances exist, it could be reduced to a minimum of two (2) years.
