§ 83. Payments by employees to representatives of employees prohibited—Receipt of payments by representatives unlawful

It shall be unlawful for any representative whatsoever of any employees to receive or accept or to agree to receive or accept from the employer of the said employees any money or other valuable consideration whatsoever.
