§ 67. Labor organization information and contracts filed with Board

(a) All labor organizations and employers’ associations shall file with the Board a statement containing the official name and post office address of the organization. The Board may, in the exercise of its discretion, refuse to hear any labor organization that fails to comply with the provisions of this section in any proceeding being held under this subchapter.

(b) Certified copies of all collective bargaining contracts between employers and labor organizations, and any renewals, or modifications that shall be made of the same, shall be filed with the Board by employers and labor organizations. The Board, in the exercise of its discretion may refuse to hear in any proceeding conducted under this subchapter any employer or labor organization who may be a party to a collective bargaining contract and who has failed to comply with the provisions of this section.
