The Comptroller shall have full powers to audit the operations of the Regional Academic Medical Center in order to verify the legality of its transactions. The Comptroller may also require documents or the testimony from private persons or entities when indispensable, conduct an audit or intervention at the Regional Academic Medical Center or at enterprises that operate under contract with Regional Academic Medical Centers, regarding those matters related to the contract.
