Every Medical Center shall determine the composition of its Board of Directors, which shall include the participation of a member in representation of the faculty doctors and another in representation of the students in training, as well as a representative of the Department of Health. The members shall have knowledge of ACGME and LCME accreditation procedures. This Board shall adopt regulations to be registered with the Department of State.
