The Center may accept donations from any natural or juridical person and from any department, agency, instrumentality, public corporation or municipality of the Government of Puerto Rico or of the United States of America. The money thus obtained, as well as any other acquired for consulting services, training and other related services that the Center may offer, shall be used exclusively in compliance with the purposes of the Center and in proportion to the needs of each of its functions.
