The Center, through its officers, shall evaluate the effectiveness of its offerings and programs annually, and shall submit the corresponding reports to the Legislature and the Office of Management and Budget. Concurrently, the Center shall annually remit to said entities complete and detailed reports on its operations and financial statements for each fiscal year within sixty (60) days after the closing of the corresponding fiscal year.
