§ 6153n. Prohibition to disclose to third party for all those who receive confidential information

Any person who receives confidential information is hereby prohibited from its disclosure to any third party if no express authorization has been given by the person who receives mental healthcare services.

Any confidential information disclosed under the terms of this chapter shall be accompanied by a document stating that the information disclosed is protected by the applicable federal and Commonwealth laws and regulations of confidentiality, and that the same prohibit the person who receives the information from its disclosure to a third party.
