§ 3873. Transportation of bones outside the cemetery

Exhumed bones may be transported to crypts, ossuaries, or tombs located outside the cemetery, provided that, said facilities have been previously approved by the Secretary of the Department of Health and the Permit Management Office. Said bones may also be transported to a crematory for cremation.
