To establish a cemetery, there shall be required an authorization from the Permit Management Office endorsed by the Department of Health, approving the location, development, and construction thereof. Moreover, the provisions of §§ 1271, 1272 and 1273 of this title, and § 1274 of this title shall be complied with.
