It is hereby provided that all regulations related to the Network's expenditures and generation of funds shall have the approval of the Office of the Inspector General of Puerto Rico. The Network shall be under the obligation to render an annual fiscal report to the Office of the Inspector General of Puerto Rico and to the Legislative Assembly of Puerto Rico.
