§ 3706. Public policy

It is hereby established as the public policy of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to recognize the right of the citizenry to the enjoyment of life and to the improvement of their quality of life. Pursuant to said public policy, every private establishment engaged in receiving or rendering services to people shall have at least one (1) automated defibrillator for the use of its visitors, clientele or employees.
