The Executive Director is hereby directed to adopt bylaws as necessary for the internal operation of the Medical Emergency Corps and for the implementation of the provisions of this chapter.
Bylaws approved by the Executive Director under this chapter must comply with the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the “Uniform Administrative Procedures Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico”.
