The exercise of the rights recognized in this chapter shall not, in any manner, affect the procedures for the request, sale or adjudication of any life insurance or health insurance policy. No life insurance policy shall be cancelled, annulled or adversely affected in any manner that is prejudicial to the insured due to the granting or execution of the statement of will authorized in § 3652 of this title, made by an insured declarant, regardless of any policy term to the contrary.
