§ 3620x. Penalties

Any person who violates the provisions of §§ 3620—3620y of this title or the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder shall incur a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished with imprisonment for a term of not less than thirty (30) days nor more than six (6) months or with a penalty of not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) or both penalties at the discretion of the court.
