§ 3583. Causes of civil and criminal actions

Any violation of the obligations established in this chapter by any agency or official of the Government of Puerto Rico, as well as any private person or entity, shall constitute cause of action for damages. Any person adversely affected by any noncompliance with this chapter shall have legal standing to file a writ of mandamus with the court.
