§ 3355. Exemptions

The Center shall be exempted from any kind of taxes, fees, surtaxes, excise taxes or charges, including those for licenses or income or those that may be imposed by the Government of Puerto Rico or any of its political subdivisions, including all its operations, personal or real property, capital, income and surplus.

The Center is also exempted from the payment of any type of fee or tax required by law to execute judicial proceedings, to issue certificates in the offices and dependencies of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and its political subdivisions and to execute and register public documents in any public registry in Puerto Rico.
