The directors, officials and employees of the Trust and of every benefited entity that, in the discharge of their functions, duties and responsibilities under this chapter, incur conduct typified as a crime against the public function, shall be subject to the applicable penalties established in Act No. 115 of July 22, 1974, known as the “Puerto Rico Penal Code of 1974”.
