§ 3024a. Fixing of prices of medication

The Department of Consumer Affairs shall fix reasonable maximum prices and/or profit margins for medications pursuant to the criteria recommended by the Secretary.

The Secretary of the Department of Consumer Affairs shall draft, approve and promulgate the rules and regulations that are necessary and convenient to implement the provisions of this section.
