Agents of the Police Corps, Municipal Police Corps, Rangers of the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources, Penal Guards, Firefighters Corps, and other duly authorized representatives and officers of the public order are hereby authorized to investigate and seize dangerous substances, as they are defined in § 2702 of this title.
