§ 2705. Penalties

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter or the regulations promulgated hereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisonment in jail for not more than six (6) months or both penalties, in the discretion of the court.
