§ 2605. Severability

If a provision of this chapter or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, its invalidity shall not affect the other provisions or applications of the chapter which may remain in effect without resorting to the invalidated provision or application, and for this purpose the provisions of the chapter are severable.
