§ 2515. Convicts; operation of public establishments where alcoholic beverages are sold at retail

[No] person convicted of a felony for a violation of this chapter or any law of the United States, commonwealth or of any foreign country in connection with narcotic drugs, marihuana, depressant and stimulant substances, or who has been declared addicted to narcotic drugs, may operate or administer an establishment where alcoholic beverages are sold to be consumed at the establishment for a term of five (5) years on and after the service of the sentence imposed by said conviction or after the declaration. The Secretary of the Treasury shall not issue a license for the operation of such business. [No] person convicted as above expressed may work in an establishment where alcoholic beverages are sold for a term of five (5) years after the service of the sentence imposed by said conviction after the declaration.
