§ 2412. Exclusive jurisdiction of Court of First Instance

The Court of First Instance shall have exclusive original jurisdiction in all judicial proceedings prosecuted under this chapter including cases of misdemeanor, except that in cases of misdemeanor the defendant shall not be entitled to be tried by a jury.
